A year and a half ago, US President's special representative Keith Kellogg developed a plan to end the Russian-Ukrainian war for the America First Policy Institute, one of the key think tanks in preparing the strategy for Donald Trump's second presidency.

In recent months, Kellogg has visited Ukraine several times. In particular, to adapt his plan to new realities, said a source in diplomatic circles for Forbes Ukraine. He gave his first interview in Kyiv on September 12.
