England's Alice Hewson defended her title to claim her third Ladies European Tour (LET) title by five strokes in Switzerland, with Switzerland's Chiara Tamburlini, Sweden's Kajsa Arvefjall and Ireland's Lauren Walsh tied for second, eight strokes back.

Alice Hewson successfully defended her VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open title and claimed her third Ladies European Tour victory of her career, winning by five strokes.
On the final day at Holzhäusern Golf Park, Hughson held a two-shot lead and remained in control, making birdies at No. 2 and No. 7 to move up to 33rd place.
The Englishwoman responded to her only miss of the day on the par-4 13th hole with a stunning three-birdie finish to finish four under par 67 and extend her lead over her pursuers.

Hewson finished 13 points behind and five points ahead of the other three contenders in second place, with Ireland's Lauren Walsh sharing second place with Kajsa Arvefjall and Switzerland's Chiara Tamburlini.
England's Amy Taylor shot 67 (five under par) to share fifth place with Ireland's Sarah Byrne, while first-round leader Esme Hamilton was seven strokes back (six under par) after a final-round 68.

Hewson has now moved up 15 places to eighth in the LET Order of Merchant rankings, taking second place in Switzerland after an impressive run of results in recent months.

“I didn't see any leaderboards today. There was one starting at level 16 that you can see at level 10, but I purposely didn't look at it because it doesn't change the way I play golf.”
Hamilton was one of 10 players tied for seventh place, with Brianna Navarrosa, Ursula Wikstrom, Anna Huang, Harang Lee, Nuria Iturrios, Caroline Kaufmann, Selina Sattelkau, Sarah Kemp and Wales' Lydia Hall all six points behind.
