Here, most likely, many women will confidently declare that the main thing is to exclude sugar, flour, fast food, alcohol, fatty and fried foods, and then the scale will crawl down again. But there is another insidious product that prevents weight loss, but at the same time many people actively add it to their daily diet, believing that it has a huge number of useful qualities.

We are talking about red meat. According to doctors, although this product contains protein, it should not be eaten every day.

The thing is that red meat contains a large amount of saturated fats, which not only slow down the process of losing extra pounds, but also negatively affect the work of the heart and blood vessels. A safe dose for a person on a diet is 200-300 grams 1-2 times a week. Of course, it is better to bake, boil or cook such meat on parchment without adding oil.

A great alternative to this product would be white meat (chicken, turkey, rabbit). It is considered dietary, contains virtually no saturated fats and helps get rid of swelling.
