Starting in November, Pekao customers will have reasons to rejoice, but also to be dissatisfied. The bank is changing card and cash withdrawal fees for the Przekorzystne Account, as well as administrative fees for most accounts. Blik fans will be pleased with free mobile transfers and a pool of commission-free withdrawals per month.
The new schedule of fees and commissions of Bank Pekao will be effective from November 1, 2025. The changes include both reductions and increases and apply to the Przekorzystne Account and numerous accounts in service.
Przekorzystne Account: more expensive card and withdrawals
The fee for a standard debit card for Konto Przekorzystne accounts for customers aged 26 and over will increase from PLN 4 to PLN 5 , while the exemption requirement will remain unchanged (account deposit of at least PLN 500 and one transaction in the previous month). The increase from PLN 5 to PLN 6, in turn, applies to the issuance and renewal of a card with a non-standard image.

Withdrawals from foreign ATMs made with a multi-currency Mastercard Debit FX card for people aged 26 and over currently cost 2.3%, minimum PLN 5, from November it will be 2.5%, minimum PLN 6 – if the condition of PLN 500 inflow and one card payment in the following month is met, the first 2 withdrawals will be free of charge.
Bank Pekao is also introducing increases for authorization codes from PLN 0.20 to PLN 0.25 and for granting an overdraft loan (currently the commission is 2%, min. PLN 55, from November it will be 2%, min. PLN 70).
Cheaper for Blik
Blik payment enthusiasts have reason to be happy. Currently, withdrawals from foreign ATMs using this method cost 2.3%, with a minimum of PLN 5, but after meeting an additional condition, customers can receive two free such transactions per month. Starting in November, two withdrawals will be free and unconditional, and each subsequent withdrawal will cost PLN 5 .
For phone transfers and transfer requests, the standard fee is PLN 1, but until now, Bank Pekao has been offering a promotion that reduces this fee to PLN 0. A positive change will involve reducing the fee entirely to PLN 0. The limit for single Blik transfers is also planned to be raised to PLN 1,000 (up to PLN 3,000 per day).
More for branch operations
Przekorzystne Account holders will pay more for cash deposits and withdrawals at branches . Currently, the bank charges 8 PLN for these transactions, but from November it will be 10 PLN. The fee for deposits at partner branches is also increasing, from 0.5%, minimum 3 PLN, to 0.6%, minimum 3.5%.

Changes to accounts in administration
The fee changes announcement also includes information regarding numerous accounts under management. The fee for maintaining Eurokonto Aktywny and Academic accounts is being reduced from PLN 7 to PLN 6, while holders of Eurokonto Mobilne, Niebieskie, Srebrne, Złoty, and Private Banking accounts will pay PLN 1 less for their cards (PLN 5 instead of PLN 6).
For Eurokontos in administration, such as Standard, Aktywne Plus, Max, and Hipoteczne Plus, the account maintenance fee increases by PLN 3 to PLN 5. Debit card processing for managed accounts, in turn, increases by PLN 1.
Bank Pekao is also announcing positive changes to fees for gold debit cards. Fees will no longer be charged for withdrawals from all ATMs using cards for which agreements were concluded by June 2, 2023. For gold cards for agreements concluded between September 1, 2021, and June 2, 2023, the fee will be PLN 9 instead of PLN 10. The bank will also relax the fee waiver requirement for PLN 1,000 in account deposits (currently PLN 10,000).
