On Wednesday evening, Vice President JD Vance is anticipated to welcome a group of senior officials from the administration to his home for a strategic discussion as the administration weighs the possibility of releasing the transcript from the Department of Justice interview with Ghislaine Maxwell, according to sources familiar with the situation, as reported by ABC News.
This is one of several meetings that have occupied the White House and senior officials as they strive to manage the repercussions of their handling of the Epstein documents, while facing increasing demands for transparency from both the DOJ and the White House regarding what Maxwell disclosed in her nine hours of discussions last month with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche.
During her questioning, Ghislaine Maxwell did not provide any information that would be detrimental to President Donald Trump, stating to Blanche that Trump had never acted in a manner during her presence that would raise any alarms, according to those familiar with her statements.

Attorney General Pam Bondi, Blanche, FBI Director Kash Patel, and White House chief of staff Susie Wiles are expected to be present at the meeting with Vance, the sources mentioned.

As reported by ABC News on Tuesday, the administration may release a transcript of the interview as early as this week.
CNN was the first to announce the meeting on Tuesday evening, and Vance’s office issued a response to ABC News when approached for comment.
"The CNN article is entirely fictional. There was never a planned meeting at the Vice President’s residence regarding Epstein Strategy," said William Martin, Vance’s communications director.
Later on Wednesday afternoon, during an Oval Office event with Trump and Wiles present, Vance stated, "We are not convening to discuss the Epstein matter."
Trump also remarked, "No, I haven’t" when a reporter inquired if he had been briefed on what Maxwell relayed to Blanche, adding, "I don’t know."
