All Ireland World Title Fight to Take Place at Windsor Park in Belfast

Limerick's Paddy O'Donovan and Belfast's Lewis Crocker will meet for the IBF welterweight title in a rematch in September.

The fight is scheduled for September 13 at Windsor Park in Belfast.

In their first meeting, Donovan was disqualified for a late punch on Crocker after the eighth round.

The Limerick fighter fought until the disqualification and knocked down Crocker with 20 seconds remaining in the eighth round.

After the fight, Crocker planned to challenge Jaron Ennis for the IBF title.

However, with Ennis' decision to move up to 154lbs, it means there will be a new Irish world champion in September.

In a social media post announcing the upcoming fight, Donovan said: “I'm looking to put on another outstanding boxing performance to restore justice and bring home a world title.”

The fight, promoted by Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing, will be broadcast on the DAZN streaming service.
