Due to massive enemy shelling, many Kyiv residents were left homeless, and a cold winter lies ahead.
Therefore, the local authorities have launched a special program, thanks to which some residents of the capital can receive financial assistance from the local budget. This was recalled by the Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration for the Exercise of Local Government Powers, Marina Honda, on the air of the TV channel.

You can apply through the administrative services center (monthly assistance) or through district administrations (lump sum payment and rent), attaching the necessary documents.

Financial assistance is provided to owners of damaged or destroyed housing after February 24, 2022, which has not yet been restored, and under two conditions:
- they have no other accommodation in the capital;
- they did not receive state compensation.
Such persons may apply for:
- 10 thousand hryvnias one-time assistance;
- 20 thousand hryvnias of monthly targeted assistance for 12 months;
- 40 thousand hryvnias for housing rent.
How to receive payments

Applications for monetary compensation in the amount of 20 thousand hryvnias must be submitted to the administrative services center.
Applications for payments of 10 and 40 thousand hryvnias are collected by district administrations.
