The head of government announced that Saturday's events, which outraged public opinion, have reached their conclusion. “I'm talking about the riots, acts of aggression, and certain provocations at the National Stadium during a concert by a Belarusian rapper. These events were completely unnecessary and required a quick response,” he said.

“I have just received information that proceedings have been initiated against 63 people to leave the country. They will be forced to leave the country either voluntarily or under duress,” he said. He added that this group includes 57 Ukrainians and six Belarusians.

He assessed that “the courts also reacted quickly” and in cases where an offense or crime had been committed, appropriate penalties were imposed.

At the same time, the Prime Minister emphasized that “anti-Ukrainian sentiment cannot be allowed to flare up.” “Just as the Ukrainian authorities must ensure that no one in Kyiv, Ukraine, or Poland gets the idea for Ukrainians to make any unnecessary, anti-Polish gestures,” he emphasized.

Last weekend, Belarusian rapper Maks Korzh played host to a concert at the National Stadium. Among the audience were OUN-UPA flags, which was highlighted by PiS MP Dariusz Matecki, who announced that he was filing a complaint with the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw.

During the concert, Warsaw police arrested 109 people for numerous offenses and crimes, including drug possession, assaulting security personnel, possessing and bringing pyrotechnics, and trespassing. Officers fined 50 people, totaling approximately 11,500 złoty. They filed 38 motions for punishment with the court.

On Monday, Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration Marcin Kierwiński and Minister of Internal Affairs Waldemar Żurek addressed the matter. “If these individuals broke the law in such a way that they don't guarantee they won't break the law on Polish territory, we will certainly implement procedures to return them to their country of origin,” Kierwiński emphasized. Żurek expressed a similar assessment in an interview with Polsat News, stating that anyone who is a guest in Poland and commits a crime or offense should be deported as quickly as possible.

The Warsaw police announced that they had contacted the organizers numerous times before and during the concert, taking preventive measures to prevent an escalation of aggressive behavior among those at the stadium. They emphasized that thanks to these actions, there was no need for police intervention on the pitch.

A statement was published on the National Stadium website on Sunday, stating that the Management Board of PL.2012+, the facility's operator, had filed a report of a possible crime.

Ukrainian Ambassador: Guests must obey the law

I don't understand why Ukrainians even went to this stadium. The concert was in Russian, and those who speak that language are now killing Ukrainians, waging war, and destroying Ukraine,” Vasyl Bodnar, the Ukrainian ambassador to Poland, told PAP.

The ambassador referred to the incidents during Saturday's concert of the Belarusian rapper Maks Korzh at the PGE National Stadium in Warsaw.

He stressed that people who break the law in Poland must face consequences in accordance with Polish legislation.

– I am convinced that Polish law enforcement authorities will take the necessary actions to punish those responsible – he added.

He stressed that the rule of law is the basis of order in every country.

“Ukrainians, like me, who are guests in this country, must abide by the laws in force in Poland. Anyone who breaks the law and violates tradition, or lacks understanding and a sense of social sensitivity, must be held accountable,” said the ambassador.

He stressed that actions such as those at the concert fit into Russia's hostile narrative.

– The more such provocations there are, the more it threatens our bilateral relations, but also negatively affects Ukrainians living in Poland, most of whom do not break the law – he added.

According to him, the people who behaved inappropriately at the concert “came from other countries and do not live permanently in Poland.”

He assessed this as a very shocking case.

– This is not in line with our efforts aimed at developing good relations with Poland, at cooperation in various areas and creating a good atmosphere, including, for example, resolving historical issues that are very sensitive to our bilateral relations – he added.
