Although only three out of ten Polish employees currently use artificial intelligence at work, in the next decade AI will become indispensable in a large number of professions – writes Monday's “Rzeczpospolita”.
“Almost two-thirds of employers participating in the Gi Group employment agency's Labor Market Barometer survey are already using automation and artificial intelligence or want to implement it in the near future. This shows that the 29% group of employees who use AI in their work may grow rapidly in the coming years,” the newspaper wrote.
“All the more so because – as shown by the Talent Trends 2025 study conducted by Randstad Enterprise – already 84% of companies in Poland and around the world see AI as a tool that will allow employees to free up time and focus on more developmental tasks,” it added.
It was assessed that “it is not without reason that AI tools and systems are already much more popular among managers and specialists than among all employees.” (PAP)
