The satellite navigation system, perhaps for the first time for enemy cruise missiles, is represented by a combination of products from two different Russian companies — the interference-protected satellite signal receiver with a digital antenna array “Komet-M12” manufactured by “VNIIR-Progress” and the receiving and computing unit manufactured by “KB Navis”, created on the basis of the NAVIS NR9 receiver.
For their integration, a coupling unit manufactured by Temp-Avia, known for manufacturing flight controllers for guided aerial bombs, is used.
All three components of the navigation system contain components from foreign manufacturers — the USA, Switzerland, the PRC, and the Netherlands.
The separate electronic control unit for the BUBS-30 warhead is made on a Russian component base. Its key component is a 32-bit ARM 1986ВЕ1АТ microcontroller manufactured by PKK Milandr.
The Defense Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine continues its systematic work to study new enemy developments and inform the world with the aim of jointly countering threats.
