During the EKF congress in Sopot, many discussions were devoted to new technologies, including AI, and their impact on the development of the financial market, as well as on customer relations. We also discussed this in the Puls Biznesu studio with Marcin Kościński, vice-president of ING Bank Śląski.
He talked about how technology is changing the way business customers are served, how digitalization is affecting data analysis, the offer and the efficiency of the sales network. However, he expressed his belief that although AI speeds up processes, it will not replace direct relationships with customers for many years.
