The Supervisory Board of ZE PAK adopted a resolution to appoint Aleksander Grad to the company's management board as of 18 February 2016 and entrusted him with the position of president, the company announced in a press release.

In November, Janusz Kaliszyk resigned from the position of president of ZE PAK. The supervisory board then delegated Wojciech Piskorz, a member of the supervisory board, to temporarily perform the duties of the president for a period of no longer than 3 months.
Aleksander Grad was the president of PGE EJ 1 sp. z o. o. in 2012-2014. From March 2014 to October 2015, he was the vice president for corporate affairs at Tauron Polska Energia. From February 2014 to November 2015, he was a member of the Polish Power Exchange. (PAP)
