
One of the leaders of the Ukrainian national football team, Oleksandr Zinchenko, who signed a contract with Ajax Amsterdam, has been sidelined for a long time due to a serious knee injury. According to the official website of the Dutch club, the 29-year-old Ukrainian is out of action for the rest of the season.

The examination showed that Zinchenko needs surgery, which will be performed in the near future. After that, the former Manchester City and Arsenal player will face a long rehabilitation period – approximately 6-7 months.
