Sporting are expecting to receive £1.09m for every 20 games Diokeres plays for Arsenal, with a cap of up to £4.36m, as well as £430,000 for every 20 goals or assists he makes, up to a total of £873,000.
Every time Arsenal qualify for the Champions League, Sporting expect to receive £873,000, but no more than £3.5m.
Negotiations over additional payments dragged on for more than a week before progress was made earlier this week.
