
The famous Ukrainian track cyclist, 29-year-old Olena Starikova, who sensationally won silver at the 2020 Olympic Games, has become a mother for the first time.

The athlete from Lviv announced the joyful event in the family on her Instagram page, posting a photo of her newborn daughter Alisa (the girl's weight is 3970 grams, height is 55 cm). The baby was born on February 11, but the parents spoke about the addition to the family only now.

Recall that Kharkiv native Olena Starikova is not only the vice-champion of the Olympic Games, but also the vice-champion of the world. The cyclist also has 10 medals from the European Championships (1 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze) in her collection.
