Recall that at the 2022 Paralympic Games in Beijing, 29 Ukrainian athletes and guides competed in cross-country skiing and biathlon. With 29 medals (11 gold, 10 silver, 8 bronze), Ukraine took second place in the overall team standings, behind China.
Previously, “FACTS” reported that Ukraine decided to boycott the opening ceremony of the Paralympic Games due to the participation of Russians and Belarusians under their flags.
