The investigation found that there was enough evidence of the athlete's guilt, who is now 33 years old, to hold him criminally liable for the 2016 rape and sexual assault of his coach's daughter, Naome Horter, who was 13 years old at the time.

Agnès has 10 days to appeal to France's highest court, the Court of Cassation.

The famous athlete was reportedly first arrested in December 2021. At that time, he admitted to having sex with a minor but denied any violence. According to the victim, who is now 23, the crimes were committed between January 1 and August 31 in France, Spain, Thailand and Rio de Janeiro, where the 2016 Olympic Games were held.
