Tottenham have opened discussions with Manchester City over a potential move for Savinho, according to PA news agency.
Spurs are in dire need of attacking bolstering following the departure of Son Heung-min to Los Angeles FC and James Maddison's recent serious knee injury.
A bid for Nottingham Forest captain Morgan Gibbs-White failed last month and Tottenham are now focusing their attention on versatile striker Savinho, although talks with Manchester City are at an early stage.
Brazilian striker Savinho signed for Manchester City in the summer of 2024 and has made 48 appearances in his debut season under Pep Guardiola.
Savinho, who Guardiola mainly deploys on the wing for City, scored three goals and provided 13 assists last season as he built a reputation at Troyes before becoming a star at La Liga side Girona in 2023-24.
Savinho has scored 11 goals for Girona from left-back and if Tottenham and City can reach an agreement, the 21-year-old could be a natural replacement for former club captain Son.
Despite Savinho's promising first season at the Etihad Stadium, the arrival of Rayan Cherki this summer has increased competition in attack and Guardiola could now let him go.
