The 44-year-old Aston Martin driver's wife, 38-year-old beauty and journalist Melissa Jimenez, gave birth to a son. The driver even arrived late to the Japanese Grand Prix to be with his beloved.
“There were no specific expectations. Everything happens the way it happens. I was a little worried and worried that everything would be fine. Fortunately, everything went well – mother and child are fine. A very happy, extremely happy, very special moment,” Fernando Alonso told reporters.

Recall that the mother of Alonso's child works as a Formula 1 reporter for the streaming service DAZN (the couple have been dating since 2023). She has three children (two daughters and a son) from a relationship with former Borussia Dortmund and Spain international Marc Bartra, who currently plays for Real Betis.
By the way, Alonso became only the fourth Formula 1 driver registered for the season to have a child. Previously, Nico Hulkenberg, Sergio Perez and Max Verstappen became parents.
Previously, “FACTS” reported that the Formula 1 vice-champion secretly married in Monaco.
