Owen Farrell has been named in the substitutes' squad that will attempt to end the series with a win over Australia in Melbourne on Saturday.
Four days after captaining the Lions in their week-long wins against the First Nations and Pacifica, Farrell will feature in Test matches for the first time since the 2023 World Cup at fly-half and centre-back.
Head coach Andy Farrell made three changes to the starting XI that won the opening Test 27-19, including the exclusion of Sione Tuipulota, who has been dropped from the squad for Matchday 23, with Bandi Aki taking his place in the No 12 shirt.
Joe McCarthy has lost his battle with plantar fasciitis, so Ollie Chessum has been moved into the second row and there has been a change at the bookmakers, with Andrew Porter being favoured over Ellis Genge.
