Owen Farrell has been named in the substitutes' squad that will attempt to end the series with a win over Australia in Melbourne on Saturday.
Four days after captaining the Lions in their week-long wins against the First Nations and Pacifica, Farrell will feature in Test matches for the first time since the 2023 World Cup at fly-half and centre-back.
