Burnley are in advanced talks to sign Chelsea striker Armando Broja, according to PA news agency.
The Clarets, under Scott Parker, are preparing for a return to the Premier League after finishing second in the Championship last season.
Burnley have made efforts to offset some of the summer's key losses by strengthening their squad and now appear to be targeting Chelsea striker Brochi.
PA reports that the 23-year-old is keen to move clubs and is set to sign a five-year deal at Turf Moor.
Burnley are said to be looking to pay around £20million for the Chelsea academy graduate, who has previously spent time on loan at Vitesse Arnhem, Southampton, Fulham and Everton.
The Albanian international failed to score during his injury-hit loan spell at Goodison Park last season and the Toffees decided not to activate the option to make his move permanent.
