Birthday boy Vanat and Tsygankov staged a “execution” for the opponent in the Spanish championship: video of the goals

Ukrainian national team players Vladyslav Vanat and Viktor Tsygankov, who scored twice against Real Sociedad, became the heroes of the away match of the Spanish championship against Mallorca. Their well-aimed strikes brought Girona victory and allowed them to leave the relegation zone for the first time since the 1st round.

VIDEO OF THE DAY

Tsygankov put the guests ahead in the 25th minute, and Vanat, on his 24th birthday, earned a penalty in the 63rd minute and converted the penalty himself. Mallorca could only respond to the Ukrainians' double with a penalty goal from Murika in the 90th+1st minute — 1:2.

While Vanat broke his 5-match goalless streak (the former Dynamo forward last scored against Betis on November 23), Tsygankov has scored three times in the last three meetings. By the way, Vladislav and Viktor have scored 4 goals each in the current Spanish championship, and they are the team's top scorers.

We should add that the second consecutive away win allowed Girona to climb to 17th place with 18 points (two points clear of the relegation zone).
