Arsenal draw with Manchester United, dealt another blow to title challenge

Arsenal's slim hopes of a Premier League triumph were dealt another blow on Sunday despite Declan Rice securing a 1-1 draw for Mikel Arteta's side on the day of Manchester United's protest.

The Gunners cannot afford to make a mistake with their title chances hanging by a thread, but failing to match Liverpool's success yesterday leaves them hoping for a miracle with 10 games to go.

Arsenal are 15 points behind the leaders after Rice cancelled out Bruno Fernandes' free-kick, while United have come back from a tough start despite missing 11 Arsenal players and Ruben Amorim just wanting to 'survive'.

David Raya made key saves before and after Rice's equaliser for Arsenal as a quiet first period gave way to a turbulent second half.

Anti-Glazer chants were heard from the start, while a group of 1958 United fans staged the biggest protest since 2022.

Thousands marched on Old Trafford and director Edward Glazer witnessed the fury from the stands, where the disgruntled co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe was also present.

Martin Odegaard held up a low pass and Leandro Trossard raced wide as Arsenal
