Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, in a statement on X, indicated that the Pentagon will hold Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly responsible under the military code of justice for "conduct [that] was seditious in nature," referencing a video in which Kelly engaged, informing United States service members they possess the right to decline unlawful orders.
