The head of the Financial Monitoring Service, Philip Pronin, and the head of the Poltava Oblast Administrative District, Volodymyr Kohut, were summoned to the Verkhovna Rada over the possible embezzlement of hundreds of millions of hryvnias during the construction of fortifications. This was reported by Yaroslav Zheleznyak, a member of parliament from the Holos faction.

Thus, 217 parliamentarians voted for Pronin's summons. At the same time, 167 people's deputies supported Kohut's summons to the VRU.

A few hours before this decision, Yaroslav Zheleznyak published an investigation stating that Poltava OVA officials had appropriated half of the almost 400 million UAH spent on fortifications in the Donetsk region. At that time, the Poltava OVA was headed by Filip Pronin . At the same time, according to the military and experts, what was built in the Donetsk region looks more like an installation of sticks than normal fortifications that should work to protect our military.

Regional administrations are building fortifications at the front to absorb funds, not for the military . It is necessary to choose one organization that will be responsible for everything, writes in his article “ Who has war, and who has TikTok. On the quality of state decisions in wartime ” by Yuriy Kasyanov, an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a radio engineer, and an expert in aerial reconnaissance . According to him, due to the poor quality of fortifications, our country is losing territory. However, he emphasized that no one has been punished for this and no important decisions have been made to correct the situation.
