Levón Azizyan is one such professional whose path—from UI developer to founder of his own IT company—demonstrates how perseverance, a passion for learning, and a commitment to quality help shape the future of technology.
The Beginning: From Engineering to Development
Levón began his academic journey at the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics, followed by a Master’s in the same field. This engineering foundation became a solid base for his subsequent growth in software development.
Levón gained his first professional experience in IT at Huge-IT in 2015, where he worked on an SEO analysis project and built a user interface from scratch. This marked an important milestone—when technical knowledge began transforming into real, functional digital products.
Later, in 2016, he joined apolloBytes to work on the Cloud Fleet Manager project, solidifying his front-end development skills. He then moved to the international company EPAM Systems (2018–2019), contributing to an HR system project for Johnson & Johnson in New York.
In 2018, Levón took a significant step by founding LevelUp IT Center LLC, an educational center in Yerevan offering software development training and career consulting. Over three years, LevelUp helped dozens of students enter the IT industry with strong hands-on preparation.
At the same time, he continued growing as an engineer, becoming a Senior Software Engineer at SoftConstruct, where he spent nearly three years working on Core and Spring Backoffice projects.
International Projects and Technological Growth
In 2022, working with Webiz International, Levón contributed to a travel application using the React and React Native stack for both web and mobile platforms. This experience once again proved his ability to thrive in cross-platform teams and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Since 2023, he has continued building the future in fintech as a Senior Application Developer at ADP in Pasadena, USA. Here, he works on MyWisely, an application delivering financial services to millions of users.
Levón Azizyan’s story is more than just a successful developer’s résumé. It is an example of how a solid technical education, a passion for growth, and a readiness to take responsibility can lead to real value—both in the form of software solutions and in passing knowledge to the next generation.
