The Department of Justice has given its approval for Paramount Skydance’s takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery. In a declaration released on Friday, the department indicated that after an eight-month inquiry, it determined the $111 billion media transaction “is not likely to result in harm to competition or American consumers.”
