According to the source, one of the organizers of the Usyk-Verhoeven fight, Turki Al-Sheikh, has further plans for the Ukrainian Olympic champion. He plans to sit down with Usyk and discuss a fight for the Ring magazine title with Cabayel. The fight is planned for the end of the year in Germany.

Recall that 33-year-old Agit Kabayel (his height is 191 cm) is the holder of the interim title and a mandatory contender for the fight for the WBC world champion title. The German with Kurdish roots won the interim belt by knocking out the Chinese Zhang Zhilei in the 6th round (ironically, the belt was presented to Kabayel by Usyk at the time), and later defended the half-title in a duel with the Pole Damian Knyba (winning by technical knockout in the 3rd three-minute period).
Previously, “FACTS” reported that Usyk for the second time refused the title of absolute world champion.
