On Wednesday, January 28, the general round of the Champions League, which PSG won last season, ended with 18 matches. After four months of competition, 8 clubs that made it directly to the 1/8 finals (1st–8th places), 16 participants in the 1/16 play-off matches (9th–24th places), as well as 12 losers of the tournament (25th–36th places) were determined.
