VIDEO OF THE DAY
Police are searching for an unknown man (he identifies himself on social media as zaino.tcc.filipe) who doused a 3.3-meter-tall bronze statue with gasoline and set it on fire, then posted a video of the vandalism online.
Along with a shocking video of the vandal turning on music on a portable speaker and dancing to it after the statue caught fire, and then making an obscene gesture towards the monument, he also left an ominous message: “This is God's last warning.”

The video shows that the flames quickly extinguished, but it is not yet known whether the statue suffered any permanent damage.
By the way, in 2016, the statue of Cristiano Ronaldo, which was installed in 2014 in the hometown of the billionaire footballer opposite his museum, was already becoming a target of vandals. Then, unknown people wrote Messi 10 on the monument and doused the sculpture with paint.
