The famous figure skater's ex-husband Carlo Farina (the couple was married for 13 years) has been granted sole custody of their daughter Sofia following a bitter divorce battle. Oksana and Carlo have informed the court of the agreement they reached, which covers custody, child support and property division. Under the agreement, Farina will receive primary custody and permission to move the child from Louisiana to Las Vegas. If Baiul wants to see Sofia and her daughter agrees, Farina will arrange a meeting in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

Bayul agreed to take anger management courses, as well as take alcohol and drug tests to confirm her sobriety.

During the proceedings, Farina, among other things, accused Bayul of abusing alcohol to the point of intoxication and called her a manipulative, toxic, controlling personality and a pathological liar. He told the court that the daughter was afraid of her mother.
Baiul's ex-husband claims that the Olympic champion often made racist remarks in the presence of the child, forced her daughter to call the housekeeper racist names, repeatedly used obscene language towards the girl, and brainwashed the child, convincing her that she did not need to go to school.
Bayul responded to her ex-husband's lawsuit, denying all charges of wrongdoing. In her statement, Oksana accused Farina of psychological abuse against her and their child. The Olympic champion said that her ex-husband has an unhealthy relationship with the child. “He deliberately isolates her from her peers. Farina controls every minute and every nuance of the minor child's life,” she claimed.

Bayul also said that her husband exercised financial control over her and she had no financial authority in the marriage. She told the court that she had no access to their bank accounts or statements.
The order requires Farina to put the Louisiana home up for sale and allow Bayul to live in another home they own for a period of time. Bayul will receive $550,000 of the net proceeds from the sale of the home, with the remainder to be divided equally between the former spouses.

Bayul and Farina agreed that Bayul would not pay child support and that spousal support (alimony for the maintenance of her ex-husband) would not be paid to either party.

Under the terms of the agreement, Baiul retains all rights to SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild) earnings, including royalties and royalties from her books published during the marriage. She also keeps her large, expensive collection of designer handbags, clothes, glasses, and shoes.
The former couple also agreed to divide an investment account worth $108,000.
Farina said he is forgiving $194,000 in debt from loans his business made to Baiul. In addition, Carlo will pay Oksana a lump sum of $100,000 and another $150,000 over five years, and will also give her a 2020 Mercedes after she moves to Nevada.
The ex-spouses also pledged not to speak negatively about each other in the presence of the child.
Recall that Bayul's first husband was the son of Ukrainian emigrants, Yevgeny Sunik, whom she met on Christmas 2000. They lived together for five years. Oksana's second husband was American Jim Brannon, who had a construction business. Since 2012, the Olympic champion and world champion has been married to a millionaire of Italian origin, Carlo Farina, who at one time collaborated with Sting and Michael Jackson.
Previously, “FACTS” reported that after the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, Olympic champion Oksana Baiul turned to Putin and supported our country.
